Strategic neuro-consulting: Sprint workshops.
Neuro-strategy to build closer brand-consumer relationships and serotonin-brands.
Introduction (Ongoing project)
In my Final Capstone Project at Parsons School of Design, I teamed up with Anupama Krishnan to create a tangible consulting service from my academic frameworks on neuroscience, psychology, and branding.
Process
Over 5 months, we validated academic frameworks with neuroscience experts, marketing specialists, branding experts, and behavioral economists. We then concept tested our MVP sprint with incubators in the consumer industry.
Outcome
After pressure testing and pivoting our business model, we refined our MACR-method and developed a suite of tools, frameworks, and workshops.
Concept and Prototype Testing
We tested our Neurosprint workshop with 15 brands, including B2B, B2C, and personal brands, across 8 industries. We conducted 2 in-person formats and aim to scale in remote form. Success in a linear process proved that the MACR-method is applicable to any brand that deals with a human as a consumer.
Case study Outcome
We conducted a Neurosprint workshop with LymeLNK, a non-profit company focused on fundraising donations to combat lyme- and tick-borne diseases. Their first campaign was created from our Dopamine-Motivation-loop, which is an ideation tool to map the Cue-Craving-Response-Reward for consumers interacting with your brand. LymeLNK’s designed dopamine loop is
